Refund & Warrenty Policy
This warranty applies to TikTok & YouTube accounts provided by our service. If your account is disqualified or removed from the Creator Rewards Program, you may be eligible for a replacement account, subject to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility for Replacement
A replacement account will only be provided if all of these conditions are met:
- Email and Password Change: You must change the email and password associated with the account within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Use of eSIM: The account must be accessed and managed using an eSIM.
- Compliance with TikTok’s Terms and Conditions: All content posted on the account must comply with TikTok's terms. Any violations, including posting inappropriate content, spam, or engaging in activities against TikTok's guidelines, will void the warranty.
- Warranty Period: The warranty is valid for 14 days from the date the account is delivered.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Accounts disqualified or removed due to actions by the user that violate TikTok’s terms.
- Accounts that have not had their email and password changed within 48 hours.
- Accounts accessed and managed without using an eSIM.
- Accounts disqualified due to user actions.
- Accounts outside the 14-day warranty period.
Replacement Process
If your account is disqualified or removed from the Creator Rewards Program within the 14-day warranty period and meets all eligibility criteria:
- Contact our customer support team with your order details, account username, and a description of the issue.
- Our team will review your case to verify compliance with the warranty terms.
- If approved, a replacement account will be provided.

Disclaimer
- This warranty policy is subject to change without notice.
- Replacement of accounts is at the discretion of our service. We reserve the right to refuse replacements if the conditions are not met or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Our standard delivery period of 1 day may be delayed due to high demand. In such cases, TikAccounts may postpone delivery for up to 3 days. No refunds are given if accounts are delivered within this extended period.
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy protects our business from fraud and ensures we continue to provide high-quality accounts.
